RULES & REGULATIONS As per Gov. Guideline we require Aadhar card or driving license of every member who will stay in the villa. Children below 18 years are not allowed / only allowed with family. We don't allow late check out and early check in. Late check out charges after 11.00 am & 2,000 will be debited from security Deposit A security deposit of INR 5,000 will be taken by the caretaker at the time of check-in which will be refunded to you at the time of checkout. Balance Payment along with security deposit need to pay at check in only. No music allowed in outdoors after 9.30 pm, can be played indoor at low volume. DJ not allowed, music system is available in villa. Swimming Pool Time: 2.00 PM - 9.30PM. (Pool is strictly not allowed on the checkout date & we don't allow 24x7 Pool Access.) Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited Kitchen Cleaning charge: 500/- per night. Heavy Cooking & kitchen use 2000/-per night rates. Making Tea, Coffee or Re-heating food is allowed. Pets not allowed Electricity blackouts are frequent in Lonavala. We have an inverter in the property, which backs up electricity for up to 2 hours (depending on the usage). Inverters shall back up lights and fans only. No monetary compensation shall be honoured in case of electricity blackouts situations Payment Policy : 50% advance is compulsory to block the date Cancellation Policy * 15 days prior to arrival date: Full Refund * Within 15 days of arrival date: Within 7 days of arrival date: No Refund or modification. Note: Although reservation date can be modified, but will be subject to getting an alternative booking of the same value for those dates. Food Package (Min. 8 People Required) * Veg: 1,100 Per Head (4 Meals) * Non Veg: 1300 Per Head (4 Meals) * Barbeque : 500 Rs Additional Per head.
